We're proud to announce our new batch of releases.
This time around, we'll continue to expand our cassette series with a bunch of killer offerings... The debut from the Richmond-based avant-rock duo SCUO, features a great remix from monster-shredder Mick Barr... We'll be releasing a new set of tunes from Hush Arbors (Keith Wood, hired gun in Current 93 and Thurston Moore's band, playing a duo set with bassist Jason Ajemian), the long-awaited 'Two Of Us Riding Nowhere' has found a home on cassette... The dynamic free-improv of the Psychotic Quartet (Dan Blacksberg, Michael Evans, Evan Lipson, and Katt Hernandez), a mighty transcontinental group featuring members of Normal Love... and on CD and cassette, the debut from Joy Mega (Jason Ajemian, Jessica Pavone, Mary Halvorson, Matt Bauder, and Chad Taylor), offer up a genre-busting collection of transcendental tunes.
We'll also be releasing the debut CD from legendary drummer William Hooker new trio, the William Hooker Strings 3. The music from 'A Postcard From the Road' was recorded live in Toronto during the trio's tour of North America last August. Featuring innovative guitarists Ed Ricart (of Matta Gawa, Hyrrokkin) and New York City's Dave Ross, this record swings and grooves hard and unabashedly in places, yet it still dishes out the beautiful skronk we all love. This one kills!
Stay Tuned!
